22-Dec-08. Nikon D700, 24-70 f2.8, 85mm f1.4

I just bought these.

And a pair of Audio Technica headphones worth $220 (AD700), they're nowhere near the top of the range but they sound amazing anyway.

The 85mm f1.4 is not coming off the D700, they full frame and the 'cream machine' is just too amazing.

The 24-70 f2.8 is on the D300 though.

Spent $7500 on all these things, what a bargain, seriously.

Schone (I bet she's reading this) said she'd SMS me to go out and buy clothes with her some time this week for the shoot this weekend, now I'm a bit afraid (of the shopping part)...

On related news, I joined 2thread and revived the fashionising account, should be good after some contributions.

The video implementation on the Nikon D90 is the best business move they have taken, better than the D3/D300 or the D700 products, it is a revolutionary step and an aggressive step for a giant piece of the market share pie.

It's moving in the RED camera's direction. [link]

"It actually took less time for the brain signal to travel from the monkey in North Carolina to the robot in Japan than it took to go from the primate’s brain to its own muscles. At any given moment, then, the bot was receiving the command to walk before the monkey’s body did."

AMAZING.

Dawn of the robots! Transhumanism is near!
